ARP — Auto Reel Pipeline

An assembly line of AI that turns a single idea into a finished, published short video — writing, voice, visuals, and all.

What it is

ARP makes short videos on its own. I give it a topic, and it does the rest: it researches the idea, writes a script, records a voiceover, creates the visuals, edits everything together, and posts the finished video to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

The point was to run a video channel without making each video by hand — so my job is picking the direction, not the production.

Each step is handled by its own AI specialist.

Think of it as a small production studio. A manager runs the job but doesn't do the creative work itself — it hands each task to a specialist and checks the result before moving on. If something comes back wrong, that step gets one chance to fix itself before the video is flagged for me.

Why I built it this way

  • Each specialist is swappable, so when a better tool comes along I can drop it in without rebuilding anything.
  • It can run a full practice video for free before spending a cent, so I can test it safely.
  • If one platform won't accept the upload, the others still go out instead of losing the whole video.

Built with AI-assisted development — the design and product decisions are mine.
